What alternative therapies have you tried for dizziness?
Please dont reply “go see a doctor” because i already have seen specialists and all they told me is to take some stemetil for the dizziness, but i want to cure this not medicate this.

Depending on the Cause it can resolve with osteopathic/manual treatment although it won’t every time as the cause may not be structural / functional.
Its worth giving it a go but you would be best seeing a practitioner that does a combination of structural and cranial techniques. If you’ve already been to the Doc and been advised there is nothing seriously wrong and they can’t help other than medicate another treatment modality would be appropriate.
